We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Delta and Solo via Paypal. Billing will appear as "TITI Direct". Cheque's/Postal Order are also accepted and should be made payable to "TITI DIRECT ONLINE" goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.
All prices on our site are in Pounds Sterling (£)
Returns
If for any reason your not happy with your purchases or you simply change your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it or you want to return defective/faulty items. You can do so by contacting us within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition i.e unworn unmarked and with all tags attached and packaging intact. All return costs are to be paid in full by the buyer, the item must be returned via recorded delivery for proof of postage and delivery.
Delivery
All our products are sent either by recorded delivery or special delivery. All Uk orders are sent via recorded or special delivery and require a signature. International Signed For will be shipped by Priority delivery and require a signature on delivery.
All the products despatched in the UK are being shipped by Royalmail/DHL/Fedex. Our standard delivery times are 1 - 3 business days, however delivery could take up to 15 business days for certain items as these will be shipped direct from the manufacturer/supplier. We reserve the rights to use alternative shipping carriers if needed.
You maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be taking care by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; TITI Direct Online advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. For products dispatched from our Hong Kong/China Distribution centre our preferred carrier is DHL/RoyalMail/Fedex. We ship worldwide and we use international signed for £13.50
Please note that we do not dispatch goods to PO Boxes and reserve the right to cancel any order where the address is later found to be a PO Box.
